It’s really not right to bash others about the way they wear the hijab. It takes confidence to wear it, and for some that doesn’t come as quickly as it does for others. You never know, the girl who wears it with some hair showing now, could be a niqabi one day. You guide the person in an appropriate manner, indirectly attacking never got anyone anywhere. Inshallah we can realize that judgment should be left for God, not for ourselves. :)
